That’s a Renoir print in the dining room, isn’t it?

Your in laws have a very nice and well decorated flat. Your flat is very big by Indian standards. It looks like it is upper/upper middle class living. Vast majority of the flats are less than 1000 sq ft.

You write well. Keep writing. Congratulations on your up coming marriage. Do you plan to live in India permanently with Amrit or just few years and then back to USA.

    Good Luck

Thank you. I’m very fortunate to have moved into such a beautiful home.

Amrit and I plan to live in India for the next five to seven years, at least. From there, we’ll assess our situation – we could remain in India, move to the U.S., or even relocate to Australia, where some of Amrit’s work is based!

Do you plan to live with in-laws after marriage in this house. If that is a case then it would be a big surprise.

Yes, I do plan to continue living in this house with my in-laws for some time after marriage.
